If you use DROPPS, CGPS, or any of the associated workflows, please cite the following foundational papers that describe the coarse-grained framework, LLPS modeling strategy, and conformational–phase coupling principles underlying the software.
These works present core methodologies used throughout DROPPS, including: sequence-dependent intermolecular interactions, β-sheet–mediated condensation, and conformation–phase correlations in intrinsically disordered proteins.
